Minister of Work and Public Service Charles Kint Aguiar of Benin

For a chief executive--or a king, for that matter--Jose Aguiar is unassuming.

At the time, Aguiar was an economics major at Columbia University.

Aguiar says this "hub and spoke" saves 10% to 15% on the cost of dry cleaning compared to single store operations.

Aguiar has been hailed by politicians as diverse as Bronx Borough President Fernando Ferrer and Charles Gargano, chairman of the Empire State Development Corp.
