Minister of Development Cooperation Charles Michel of Belgium

For more than 25 years, Charles Michel has been grooming voice over performers.
In addition to training the voices of hundreds of people, Charles Michel has been an actor, singer, character voice performer and voice-over announcer.
In the last several years, Charles Michel has also provided overall voice and presentation training to business people and others interested in improving their voices.
Charles Michel was an American ophthalmologist best known for publishing the first clinical report of successful electrology in 1875.
Although Charles Michel is frequently credited with inventing electrology for use in trichiasis.
For this reason, Development Cooperation Minister Charles Michel is calling for this issue to be urgently placed on the agenda of international meetings, particularly that of the General Affairs Council of the European Union scheduled for 10 and 11 November in Brussels.
Michel has written a letter to this effect to the EU's French Presidency.
With a view to the aforementioned meeting, Minister Michel has decided to contact his French, British and Dutch counterparts straight away, those countries being the ones most prominently involved in development cooperation in the DRC, along with Belgium.
Michel received an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University in 1975 and his CPA license in 1978.
